Translatina Wellness and Empowerment Project

OotDL is providing design services for a mixed use office and retail project on Sunset Boulevard for the Translatina Coalition.  The project will provide office and retail space, community gathering spaces and a substantial rooftop garden for the non profit organization.  The project streetscape is within the Sunset Boulevard Transit District, providing the required site furnishings and street trees.  In a departure from the Mexican fan palms on this famous street the Center will install shade trees to encourage pedestrian activity.  The roof garden has been designed as a space for performances and smaller gatherings surrounded by a pollinator garden.
