JFAK Architects, LA BOE

OotDL is providing full services for an urban pocket park in the center of Koreatown in Los Angeles.  This long awaited project will transform a former surface parking lot into a neighborhood greenspace with passive recreation, a children’s play area , fitness area, and  cultural programming infrastructure adjacent to the Pio Pico Library.  Diverse water conserving planting will increase habitat diversity and quality.  Storm Water Capture and re-use will be constructed with a subgrade collection and passive re-use system beneath the project lawns.
