OotDL provided full services on this large industrial facility replacement project at the largest water resources facility in the San Fernando Valley.  The Workshops are located at the entry to the Sepulveda Basin property serving as the public face of the industrial campus.  The project includes typical perimeter landscape areas as well as green roof areas to enhance the outdoor dining terrace and to maintain green space lost to the need for more developed area.
